If you take the stairs going up from G-dorm it will lead you to H-dorm.  For safety reasons a metal cage wall is in place. 
H-dorm is layed out a little different from G-dorm.  There are seven cells holding anywhere from 12 to 18 inmates.  H-dorm houses mostly Federal inmates.
H-dorm also has a law library for federal inmates.  It is also used for other services that are signed up to visit the inmates.
